Inspiring event
Over 120 business women gathered from across the North West for the Pink Link Ladies summer regional network meeting at Bartle Hall, near Preston. Attendees browsed exhibition stands which ranged from financial companies to jewellery makers, as well as having the chance to network over tea and coffee before sitting down for a summer picnic style lunch. Guest speaker was Rosie Dummer, who after a successful career in the British Army retired to have a family and make a career step-change by joining the baking community.
Coral Horn, managing director of Pink Link, said: ‘We are overwhelmed by the success of this event, each year tickets sell out weeks before. We were thrilled to have Rosie as our guest speaker this year; we feel her bright and bubble personality, alongside her business story empowered the women.’
