Milton Park has let 5,215 sq ft at 101 Park Drive on a six year lease to QinetiQ Commerce Decisions, a leading international provider of technology-based services and solutions to the defence, security and related markets.

101 Park Drive is one of two high quality offices currently under construction as part of a £15 million new development by MEPC.

Jo Szegota of MEPC, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming QinetiQ Commerce Decisions as our first customer for the 101 and 102 Park Drive development. These buildings offer the only new Grade A office accommodation in Oxfordshire and we knew they would appeal to a growing global organisation.”

QinetiQ Commerce Decisions delivers software, best practice knowledge and expert services to assist sourcing projects through-life. This includes preparation qualification, evaluation, and negotiation to continuous supplier performance review and contract compliance.

Jo added: “The 101 and 102 development will be completed in May, providing 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. We are seeing evidence of an upturn in the UK economy and as a result, there is a high level of interest in these buildings. We look forward to welcoming more new customers to Milton Park soon.”
