Queen’s College in Taunton recently launched a new state-of-the-art Sixth Form Centre which has been designed as an interim between school and university.

The centre will stay open late into the evening and on weekends after research from year 11 and 12 students said what they wanted from the Sixth Form. The new centre also includes car parking spaces, a specially-created walkway linking the centre to the rest of the campus, and an outside terrace with views over the playing fields.

Internally, the centre includes large social spaces and a café-style kitchen facility, as well as silent study areas and I.T. suites.
