The Brasserie is the newest addition to Raithwaite Estate, offering a celebration of the best of French brasserie food, combined with Yorkshire specialities. Paul Bellingham, Executive Chef and his team where possible use local suppliers and ingredients to enhance their seasonal a la carte menus. The kitchen brigade pride themselves on respecting every local ingredient and by doing so results in offering the most flavoursome dishes. Diners within the Brasserie can expect an elegant atmosphere whilst experiencing something just that little bit different, a fantastic addition to what the Yorkshire coast already has to offer.
Sunday's without a roast dinner in Yorkshire are unheard of. The Brasserie creates a special atmosphere to enjoy great food with family and friends. In addition to the full menu, a delicious roast option is available every Sunday.
Afternoon tea can be enjoyed all year round, and in the summer months the views of the award winning gardens from the terrace provide the perfect accompaniment to the homemade cakes, pastries and freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream on offer. Even as the leaves turn and the days become cooler, the amazing views of the Estate can still be enjoyed when you choose to sit within our conservatory. Take your pick between traditional afternoon tea, Laurent-Perrier champagne afternoon tea or gentleman's afternoon tea for those wishing a more savoury based experience, which, can be accompanied by excellent sipping partners, gin and tea!
Whether it is a special occasion, a business lunch, birthday party or anniversary celebration, the team at Raithwaite can provide you with the perfect menu within the perfect setting. Choose to celebrate in either our Vinoteca or Headlam Suite where exciting menus with wine pairing for up to 20 guests are available. Larger parties can make the most of our Raithwaite Suite which has been designed to heighten any event and can cater for up to 130 guests. A bespoke menu service is also available.
