For the third year running, Randall & Payne accountants invited over 100 Gloucestershire businesses to join them in watching George Osborne deliver the 2013 budget speech.
Guests were treated to lunch in the 1873 suite at Gloucester Rugby Club whilst hearing from Randall & Payne on their budget predictions and the effects this will have on the local economy before watching the budget live on the big screen.
