Our Real Housewife Hanna is striding into 2020 resolved to make some changes
New Year's Eve
I'm not usually too fussed about going out on New Year's Eve, but this year we decided to try out the Gala Ball at the Mere Golf Resort and Spa, in Knutsford. It was an absolutely fabulous night, with lots of great food and entertainment. The firework display was unbelievable and the atmosphere was electric! After the countdown we danced the night away and I enjoyed every single minute of it.
New Year, New Me !
I've decided on a couple of New Year's resolutions. The first is to try a vegan diet (at least two or three days a week , flexi-vegan!) I've recently watched a few hard-hitting documentaries about the effects of consuming too much meat on our bodies, Game Changers and Cowspiracy on Netflix, that were both very powerful. This, paired with my love of animals, has made me decide to at least give it a go.
And so far so good! My brother-in-law bought me a couple of great vegan cookbooks for Christmas and I've already tried a few recipes - and even Martin thought they were delicious! It's been a few weeks now and I'm not missing meat that much, and I feel lighter and fresher after eating because my body isn't working overtime trying to break down the meat.
I'll keep you posted on how it's going, but if you want to check into our YouTube channel I will be cooking up some vegan dishes on there and talking about the benefits of cutting down on your meat consumption for a few days a week.

My second resolution is to try and read more! I absolutely love reading and in my busy schedule I hardly have any time, but I am determined to set 30/40 minutes a day aside to read some good books! There's already a few on my list including The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse, by Charlie Mackesy, which is supposed to be amazing. I find reading really helps to chill me out and can be great escapism after a hard day at work - so yes, that is definitely one of my New Year's resolutions!
Exciting TImes Ahead
Martin and I have some exciting joint ventures on the horizon. We are currently working on our Kinsella Training Academy, which is going to involve five or six training days a month open to doctors, dentists and nurses who want, or already have, skills in aesthetics. We will be providing masterclasses, business workshops, etc. We feel passionately about training as these days we are seeing more and more cases of people going to under-qualified non-professionals for muscle-relaxant and filler treatment, resulting in serious complications. It is important that if you are thinking of having these sorts of treatments to go to a qualified professional with the right training.
Want to know a secret?
I'll let you into a secret: we are working on something else which is super exciting! We are currently developing our own cosmetic product, which will be hitting the market around May 2020. I really can't give too much away, but all will be revealed on the upcoming series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire - so make sure you tune in!
