Following the success of his FG4 brand internationally, George Davies, founder of Next, George at Asda and Per Una at Marks and Spencer, is launching the brand into the UK market at a number of exclusive fundraising events at local schools.

George started his career in his teens, selling school uniforms directly to schools. With the UK launch of the brand, he is going back to his roots, getting back in touch with customers by taking his collection on the road.

Passionate about supporting good causes George has supported schools and universities within the local community and further afield for years. He has spearheaded lectures and design competitions involving pupils at all levels of education, offering them a chance to explore their talents and passions at an early age, by bringing fashion and education together in new and exciting ways.

George’s passion for fundraising and local community has given rise to this new way of launching his brand in the UK. Seven local schools have been chosen to host these exclusive “Fundraising Fashion Shows”, a fun way for schools to raise much wanted funds and to support ongoing projects tailored to the specific and individual needs of their school. Tickets for the fashion shows will be available directly from the schools or online on www.GeorgeDavies.com.

Budding models from each school will be taking to the catwalk to strut their stuff along with teachers and parents who are also getting involved. It will be the first time the brand is showcased in front of the UK market… and the first time ever a major clothing brand is launched and presented this way!
