A ball in aid of the Rosemere Cancer Foundation was held at Barton Grange Hotel, Preston. The event, which was also held jointly to celebrate organisers Ann-Marie and Peter Bull’s 25th wedding anniversary and Ann-Marie’s 50th birthday, raised £1,475 for the charity.
After a champagne reception, 140 guests enjoyed a hot buffet selection with entertainment provided by magician, Paul Roberts. Peter, who is also chairman of Porsche club Great Britain, said: ‘Ann-Marie and I were absolutely thrilled that not only had our guests come from far and wide to help us celebrate these two milestones in our life, but they donated so generously to the Rosemere Cancer Foundation.’
