Ross & Ross Food are a Cotswolds-based fine food company specialising in event catering and handmade British food gifts. They utilise high quality ingredients from locally sourced producers in and around the Cotswolds to create fresh, seasonal dishes using a range of modern and classic techniques.

Having catered for high-profile clients in the past, including Prime Minister David Cameron, Ross & Ross Food are bringing their food to the public; their first pop-up restaurant features a five course feast celebrating the classic British menu. With old favourites like Prawn Cocktail and a winter warmer of ten hour slow-roasted Blade of Beef, the pop-up promises to revive some of Britain’s tastiest dishes.

Ross Bearman, Director and co-founder of Ross & Ross Food, said: “We’ve been wanting to do something like this for a while, and following some changes in the business in the New Year we now have the time to put it all together. We’re really excited – the other Ross has put together a great menu and the venue at Whichford Pottery is amazing, it should be a fantastic evening!”

Ross Whitmill, Director and co-founder of Ross & Ross Food, said: “As a chef it doesn’t get better than cooking great food for foodie people, and that’s exactly what the evening will be about. We’re excited to do the Pop-Up – it’ll have a really informal, fun atmosphere. We’re going to be doing some more through the year as well, so keep your eye out for those. We hope to see you all there on the 13th February, and remember to bring your own alcohol – no empty glasses please!”

Between them, Ross and Ross have over 30 years’ worth of experience in the food industry. The pair met whilst opening two gastro-style pubs for the Peach Pubs Company. They gained their experience with fine food from the likes of Raymond Blanc and Paxton & Whitfield. They founded Ross & Ross Food together three years ago.
