Alexander’s Brasserie @ The Rufford Arms Hotel is a modern cosmopolitan restaurant with the advantage of the beautiful rural back drop of West Lancashire.
The Brasserie offers a delicious selection of dishes created by the very talented Richard Simpson & his team of Chef’s. Using local ingredients the menu offers something to suit all tastes, be it a simple light bite at lunch time or a full a la carte meal, we are sure you will enjoy what we have to offer.
The Brasserie is open from 12-2.30pm and then 5-9pm during the week and 12-9.45 Saturday. We also have happy hour between 5-6pm too!!
On Sunday you will find no better place to enjoy a traditional roast, or for the more adventurous we also serve our full a la carte menu too. We are open 12-9pm on Sundays.
