The Royal Artillery Officers’ Association and 103rd (Lancashire Artillery Volunteers) Regiment RA held their annual Saint Barbara’s Dinner at Brigadier Philip Toosey Army Reserve Centre in Liverpool.

Lieutenant General Professor Sir Edmund Burton presided, and principal guests included Brigadier Mark Pullan, Commander 1st Artillery Brigade, who gave an update on the Royal Regiment of Artillery.
