The first in a trio of 2019 Cheshire Home Truths events hosted by estate agents Savills put the spotlight firmly on the county’s housing market.
More than 50 guests gathered for drinks and canapés at The Swan at Tarporley to find out more about the key factors influencing house prices and sentiment both nationally and closer to home. The engaged crowd had both their glasses and property knowledge topped up throughout the evening. Local Savills agent, Charlie Kannreuther talked about wealth moving to the area from Manchester, London and other parts of the UK, whilst Savills' residential research expert, Faisal Choudhry, explained how house prices in the North West continue to rise despite political uncertainty. The series continued with events in Wilmslow and Knutsford.
