The lady captain of Shaw Hill, Alison Davidson, hosted her first charity fundraising event in aid of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Liverpool.
Held at Shaw Hill Golf Club, ladies enjoyed a catwalk presented by Flamingo of Penwortham, which showcased range of fashions from casual through to mother of the bride and evening wear.
The sell out event raised £1,945 for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. For Alison it was an opportunity to give something back to the charity, as the family are eternally gratefully for the care and support they received from the hospital after her grandson had a serious head operation as he was born with cranial fusion.
