Family-run, local business DOS LTD, are inviting local businesses to enjoy champagne and canapés at their Social Media Masterclass, at the Worktop Express showroom in their headquarters in Quedgeley on Thursday 8th October 2015, from 5pm to 7pm.

DOS LTD believe digital and online media has played an important role in the growth and ongoing success of their business and therefore believe more businesses could benefit from incorporating into their marketing strategies.

They will be joined by two special guests at the Masterclass who will share their knowledge and experience of social media as well as answer any questions you may have.

Jonathan Pollinger of Intranet Futures has been showing companies, charities and organisations of all sizes how to make the most of social networks like Facebook and Twitter since 2009. Whether it’s increasing sales or improving customers’ experience; he believes social media can help. Jonathan’s focus is helping organisations achieve their objectives using proven strategies and tactics that work.

Luke Cameron, from Cheltenham has his own inspiring story to tell. As the founder of the Good Deed Diary, Luke spent 2014 carrying out a good deed every day. He was masterful in his use of social media to tell his story and by the end of the year had over 11,000 followers on Facebook and attracted nationwide media interest with his story appearing in many national newspapers. Today Luke works with not-for-profit organisation Utility Aid working with small charities across the UK.

The Masterclass will also offer some of DOS’ own insights into the benefits that social media can play in promoting and supporting a business.

The event is a celebration for their business – marking three years since the opening of our first UK showroom in Gloucester, and the recent completion of our new purpose built warehouse in Waterwells Park.
