Spirit of Gin
Sit back with a Slingsby G&T in hand, while the experts take you through the fascinating history of gin. The Spirit of Harrogate team will take you right back to the original styles of gin, tell you all about the misery of the London gin craze through to how gin has developed today. And of course, you can try a few in cocktails and combinations while you're here. An experience not to be missed.
At £40 pp, the 2.5-hour experience is available for up to 12 guests with 4 drinks per guest and nibbles provided.
Master Distiller
Allow Spirit of Harrogate to guide you through a tasting session to discover your preferred style of gin and help you decide what you can make in your own gin-making session. From Juniper, Citrus, Spice, Floral, Herbal and Fruit flavours, the expert team of mixologists will ensure that you go home with a bottle of gin you will enjoy and be proud to share with friends and family.
You will select your botanicals with the guidance of their expert team, distil on one of its mini copper stills and bottle with your very own personalised label to take home. Throughout, you will also try different gins from the Slingsby range and finish the session with your perfect serve.
At £90 pp, the 2-hour experience is available for up to eight guests and includes four drinks per person and you'll take home your very own 70cl bottle of gin.
Both gin experiences can be a great day out or gift for a variety of people: whether it's a fun day out for a couple, a hen party or a gin connoisseur looking for a tour to educate themselves on how their favourite tipple is made and are looking for tips on their own gin-making or gin recipes.
Slingsby have a range of award winning gins on the market including their popular original blend to more specialist gin flavours such as Rhubarb, Gooseberry or variations such as Navy Strength and Old Tom.
