Guests danced the night away at the Imperial Hotel, Blackpool, for the Strictly Cruising Sail-Away Ball.
The 6th annual event, which has a different theme each year, was attended by 80 guests who were greeted by sailors and stewardesses as they made their way to welcome drinks at the captains’ reception.
After a meal and grand sail-away sing along, guests took to the floor to dance ballroom and Latin. Chris Brownlow, who organised the event with her husband Ron and fellow couple John and Barbara Barrett, said: ‘The event was a great success.
