Just Shutters are offering a Community 'Shop and Drop' service to our customers who may be of more senior years or stuck at home for any reason, unable to get out and need vital supplies bringing to them.

Online pilates sessions

We could all benefit from some exercise when we are confined indoors.

Hayward’s Heath based Pilatiz Pilates is offering free online classes for everyone on their facebook and instagram pages.


Online yoga sessions

Charlie from Mindfulbodyyoga is a yoga teacher and massage therapist from Hove and while the massage therapies have to be put on hold for now, yoga is available.

Her Yoga At Home online class takes place every Friday at 10am, practice is gentle and is intended to be suitable for all. £5 per class


Alchohol home delivery in Worthing

Brooksteed Alehouse in Worthing are offering free home delivery and take out for their range of cask ale and keg beers.

There will also be a daily food menu that will be avaiable for take out and delivery.

On top of this they will also pick up and deliver any medicines and essential groceries needed by anyone who is self isolating. (No food or drinks orders required for this service)

Vegan food delivery in Worthing area

Field Row Bakery & Take Away delivering Vegan Food through deliveroo and uber eats.

They are also part of the newly founded Worthing Vegan Food Bank Network and they are looking for donations so they can help not only those who are vegan but perhaps those with food allergies too.


Gluten-free and vegan food delivery in Eastbourne area

Lerato Foods who run Lerato Cookery School & Kitchen, the local cookery school and kids’ cookery club, are offering delivery of fresh and healthy meals in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.

Greek cuisine takeaway service in Eastbourne

Gr/eat greek deli & cuisine are launching an extensive takeaway menu that includes wraps, dips, salads and a number of popular dishes such as moussaka and stifado.

The service is available during their usual opening times at Monday 5:30-9:30, Tuesday to Saturday 12-3 & 5:30-9:30.


Grocery supplies delivery in and around Petworth

The Hungry Guest has received several national and regional best in class awards and stocks a wide range of produce selected by expert grocers, butchers, cheesemongers and bakers.
