The charity Team Lewis Trust held their inaugural charity ball at the Britannia Stadioum, home of Stoke City.

The charity was set up last year in the memory of Lewis Crossley who passed away from a rare form of Leukaemia.

Having already raised £40,000 for the charity, this special event helped raise even more; £9500 towards this and much needed cause.

The evening was hosted by BBC Radio Stoke’s Liz Ellis and featured special guest Eddie Hall; the world’s strongest man who gave a short speech on meeting Lewis last year.

After a three-course meal, the evening was rounded off with a live band called Tailor and Co. The four trustees, Adam and Susanne Crossley, Sarah Bielby and Julie Disney, along with others all helped to put on a successful evening.
