Located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside the Alvanley Arms boasts magnificent views of the sun rising to the east over the Trout Lake and the sun setting in the west over fields where lambs gambol in the spring.

The Alvanley Arms has an atmosphere that is quite unique, with hits from the 60’s and 70’s being played in the background you can resonate with the songs from the greatest of eras. The theme throughout is related to Shire Horses; pictures, photographs, harnesses, and horseshoes adorn the walls identifying the Inn with the adjacent award winning Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre. The Inn is now run by Harry and Julie who took over in February 2013.

The oak beamed bar offers a wide range of hand pulled cask ales, a large selection of wines and malt whiskies and a welcoming log fire.
