The Heartbeat Ladies’ Luncheon at the Gibbon Bridge Hotel in Chipping was a sell out with around 100 supporters enjoying a beautiful meal, followed by an auction and prize raffle. There was also unique advice and entertainment from colour, style, image and lifestyle expert Fiona Richmond. The event raised around £2,000 for the charity.

Heartbeat is a Lancashire charity which has been helping rehabilitate people with heart conditions and their families since 1978.

It was started by Rose and Keith Redman, who lost their teenage daughter to heart disease. Since then, the charity has grown into one of the biggest in the region, helping Lancastrians recover and rebuild their lives after suffering a wide range of heart problems.
