The Hideaway Kitchen is a relaxed and informal environment, where you can enjoy great quality, fresh food in stylish surroundings.

Hideaway Kitchen is a collaboration between Georgina Welburn (previously Head Chef of The Timble Inn) and her partner Amelia Gordon (owner of boutique hotel Casa la Siesta).

Both chefs have worked in hospitality for over 30 years collectively and decided it was time to put their culinary knowledge and understanding of diners’ needs to provide a dining experience that combines a friendly atmosphere with high quality food.

You can order coffee and cakes throughout the day, enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, take brunch at the weekend, or perhaps indulge in the excellent value traditional Sunday lunch or try something a little different with the Mezze board.

The menu is updated every three weeks in order to showcase the best of seasonal British fare and the majority of dishes are served with an option of a small or a large portion

There is also a wide range of innovative and tasty bar snacks on offer throughout the day and the talented team will be more than happy to cater for specialist dietary requirements.

All of the wines, spirits and beers follow the ethos of being top quality, select and with a sense of style. There is a large selection of premium gins from Yorkshire and further afield and always something new and exciting for the gin connoisseurs to try. Wines are supplied by Corney & Barrow and wine tastings are held in conjunction with them throughout the year. Given their love of Spain and its culture they also serve some excellent Spanish lagers and beers.

Cookery classes and events are held throughout the year and full details of these can be found on the news section of the website site. Stay tuned for cookery classes, gin tastings, ladies lunches, street food weekends and much more.

The rural location means there is plenty of parking and a beautiful and easy accessible beer garden.
