The Barton Grange Hotel, near Preston, hosted the inaugural Serenity House Fundraising ball. More than 80 guests attended the event which raised £3,800 for the organisation which provides accommodations for women and children who have been victims of domestic abuse.
Sarah Mortimer, who helped to organise the ball, said: ‘It was a fantastic event and we are hoping to hold another bigger and better ball next year.’
