Renowned Cheshire chef Mark Ellis - of Great British Menu fame - and his team at The Shippon welcomed guests to the launch party of the characterful new eaterie in rural Eyton, Wrexham.

Mark, who also has Allium restaurant in Tattenhall, near Chester, was on hand chatting to friends old and new. The Shippon opened early in the summer and has welcomed a steady stream of diners ever since - both holiday park guests and residents from the surrounding area. The Shippon offers gastro-pub style food as well as an impressive tasting menu with wine or gin pairings.
