A mission to teach vital lifesaving techniques to schools, sports clubs, community groups and employees was the motivation behind a lively black tie ball at the Hilton Hotel, Manchester.
Sara Harris from Wilmslow spends her working days teaching life-saving first aid techniques. Her role, funded by the British Heart Foundation, aims to arm children and adults with skills to help anyone having a heart attack.
Sara and friends organised the ‘Stayin’ Alive’ ball to raise funds for the BHF and the Sudden Arhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) UK charity.
