An evening preview of the official tourist board Visit Peak District & Derbyshire’s television commercial was shown to invited guests in Buxton recently
The commercial is part of a £150,000 multi-media campaign promoting the area and features Peak District highlights such as Chatsworth, the Heights of Abraham and the Monsal Trail. Around 130 of the tourist board’s Patrons, partners, sponsors and members were treated to the private viewing hosted by High Peak Borough Council at the Pavilion Arts Centre. The commercial was filmed and edited on behalf of the tourist board by Salford-based multi-media production company Soup Co, and launches the second phase of the VisitEngland-led campaign financed by the Government’s Regional Growth Fund.
