A delectable menu was served to guests at the launch of the latest addition to the successful Seafood Pub Company brand, Town Green Brasserie. The Aughton restaurant, which is inspired by the relaxed style of French eateries, is the 7th site for the company. Town Green Brasserie serves food from breakfast through to the evening, with the menu featuring seafood caught off the Lancashire coast each morning and selected by renowned Fleetwood fish expert Chris Neve.

Joycelyn Neve, managing director of the Seafood Pub Company, said: ‘It’s going to be a seven day operation here, there’s so much going on in the area. Town Green Brasserie really pulls together the best of what we have done so far in the company.
