Quad’s Summer Nights Film Festival returns for a fourth year with a choice of eleven popular films presented against a backdrop of some of the country’s most famous historic buildings.

Presented on a twelve foot screen by QUAD, Derby’s centre for art and film, screenings offer the chance to enjoy a unique cinematic experience in the great outdoors. Guests are invited to picnic in the park and then settle back for a late summer’s eve feast of movie-watching, with the offering ranging from feel-good classics and contemporary comedies to musicals and Sci-fi films.

Hardwick Hall, Kedleston Hall and Calke Abbey are the Derbyshire venues. The expanding festival also includes screenings at Wollaton Hall in Nottinghamshire, Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire and Belton House in Lincolnshire, with Baddesley Clinton in Warwickshire and Blickling Estate in Norfolk as new locations for 2015.
