Michael J Bowman has been holding regular auctions at Chudleigh Town Hall for antiques, ceramics, fine art, jewellery, militaria and collectors’ items since 1986. Newton Abbot and Teignbridge are the main areas he covers, however vendors regularly consign items throughout Devon.

Michael originates from Northumberland and left school aged 18, to join Whitley Bay firm of auctioneers, J. C. Featonby. Four years of training and professional examination culminated in admission to the old Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA). On moving to Devon in 1986 he established his auctions in Chudleigh and continues to hold selective sales containing specialist categories, which include:

Nick Richards, Partner Charles Royle & Co Financial Planning:
