Whitmore & White, award-winning wine merchant and delicatessen opened the doors of their fourth shop on Godstall Lane, Chester this summer and have already made a splash!

Their winning formula for mixing retail with tasting experiences has been a hit with customers at their existing shops in Heswall, West Kirby and Frodsham. And it looks like Chester residents, visitors and those working in the city are certainly in for a treat!

Tom Scargill at Whitmore & White Chester says: “I’m Chester born and bred and have always wanted to be part of any exciting and individual ventures happening in the city. Boutique, independent businesses are an important part of keeping Chester vibrant. It’s a beautiful city and a natural destination for shoppers, so exploring exciting new food and drink should be part of the Chester experience.

The unique thing Whitmore & White offers to Chester is that all this fine food and drink is under one roof. This is best represented by our superb hampers, and I think that come Christmas they’re going to be the ‘must have’ gift for every Cestrian food and drink lover, or local business hoping to wow clients.
