The Yorkshire Day Dinner in The Etty Room at The Ivy St Helen's Square, York was organised to raise awareness of The Wilberforce Trust charity, which has supported people with sight loss since 1833.
Projects include a major transformation plan that by 2021 will see £7million-worth of investment to build 30 purpose built apartments including a new Living and Learning zone.
