We have teamed up with Langham Glass to offer a family ticket to Langham Glass or a piece of gorgeous glass art
This fabulous piece of glass art could be yours in our competition with the master craftspeople at Norfolk’s famous Langham Glass. The first prize is for one of its signature pieces: A Large Grebe and there are also 10 family tickets* to watch the glassmaking demonstration to be won.
Langham Glass was established in 1979 by master glassmaker Paul Miller and is still run as a family business today.
Originally located in Langham near the north Norfolk coast, Langham Glass is now in the popular Norfolk market town of Fakenham.
Visitors can marvel at the glassmakers using age-old techniques to create a wide range of fine handmade crystal products, including birds, animals, vases, stemware and much more.
Each demonstration has a fascinating informative live commentary, which visitors can enjoy from the seated viewing area. The glassmakers are always ready to answer any questions enabling visitors to appreciate the skill and expertise of this master craft.
Want to have a go yourself? Langham Glass offers the opportunity to have a go at glassmaking, either by making a whisky glass or having the experience of glassblowing, blowing for as long as possible to produce a huge bubble. All experiences are done under the careful supervision and guidance of the glassmakers. Full information on the experiences is available on the Langham Glass website.
