After 14 successful years as Chairman of Yeovil District Hospital Angela Dupont MBE is planning to retire from the position at the end of May.
After 14 successful years as Chairman of Yeovil District Hospital Angela Dupont MBE is planning to retire from the position at the end of May.
The Trust is now looking for someone to fill her shoes in what will be an exciting but challenging time for everyone in the NHS.
Deputy Chairman, Amanda Ellingworth said: “This is a paticularly interesting time to join our team at Yeovil District Hospital to make a difference for the patients we serve. The Coalition's reforms herald a time of change and we are looking for a Chairman to help us to meet the challenges and realize the opportunities that will arise. Our vision is to provide our community with high quality safe and efficient healthcare services while managing our resources carefully.
“The new Chairman will provide strong, clear and dynamic leadership to the Board and the Board of Governors and reflect a strong commitment to the principles of the NHS enabling Yeovil District Hospital to continue deliver high standards of care to our patients, staff and member of the public.”
