Where is the best place to view snowdrops in Yorkshire?
After the cold weather of winter, it’s always uplifting to see the first signs of Spring.
The most visual clue of the changing seasons is the arrival of snowdrops, these carpets of white blooms are an elusive experience and only last for a couple of weeks.
The most popular spots to view snowdrops are around some of our most famous landmarks such as Fountains Abbey, Goldsborough Hall, Burton Agnes Hall and Mount Grace Priory.
The arrival of snowdrops is around the beginning of February, but if we’ve had a mild winter, you might see them even earlier. Keep a look out for them.
