Visit Totnes has teamed up with Devon Life to offer one lucky winner a very special prize: a one-night stay in a premier double or twin room at the Royal Seven Stars Hotel including a delicious, locally sourced breakfast, a meal for two with wine at the Waterside Bistro and a Fused Glass Taster Workshop with the award-winning designer Steve Robinson
Explore Totnes and you will discover a captivating, historical town with a colourful personality by the stunning River Dart, with a high street full of unique, independent shops and eateries, and a whole host of interesting visitor attractions and activities to suit all tastes.
Housed in a 17th century inn the Royal Seven Stars Hotel is located in the heart of the town, perfectly positioned to explore all that Totnes and the surrounding area has to offer. Independently owned, the hotel prides itself on its individually decorated bedrooms and outstanding customer service.
The award-winning Waterside Bistro offers delicious cuisine with beautiful views, with outside seating next to the river and a cosy internal dining space for those cooler days. Waterside Bistro prides itself on sourcing the freshest, finest food from local suppliers and can offer everything from breakfast to dinner, coffee to cake, with seafood, homemade burgers and much more.
To complete this truly special prize you will also take part in a two-hour workshop hosted by the talented artist Steve Robinson, who supplies John Lewis and previously the Hilton Hotels.
As part of a group, you will make a curved tealight panel from colourful fused glass which you can take home the next day. Steve will demonstrate the techniques he uses and will tailor his tuition to your needs depending on whether you’re a novice or more experienced.
