Chapter 1 is in the very early stages of its story but this isn't stopping the team driving the restaurant forward to create an outstanding reputation for good food.
Situated just of the main high street, in a tiny car park, you will notice the shimmering lights of Chapter 1, very easy to miss but then the team at C1 actually like the fact that the restaurant is hidden away from the main drag. "It makes things more exclusive" I feel.
Someone once told me that "Newquay needs fine dining" so.... This is what we've done! With 24 seats and a tiny open plan kitchen Newquay now has fine dining.
