Utopia wine bar and restaurant has reopened in Ashford town centre, under new management - plus one of the original founders, former head chef Steve Biggs. He will be running Utopia alongside his two partners, Matthew Ball and James Halligan.The launch party guests were treated to a casino night, with a blackjack and roulette tables, plus table magic from Dan Tyrell.Steve said: "All the great things people associate with Utopia will remain, especially the atmosphere and the great food, but we will be giving it new life and a slightly more sophisticated feel."Plans for the future include an outside catering business run from the restaurant, an extension of the bar area, themed nights and private parties.
