Private bank Brown Shipley celebrated moving into new offices with an exhibition by photographer Pattie Boyd, including rarely-seen pictures of her former husbands George Harrison and Eric Clapton.

Pattie, who inspired love songs such as Harrison’s Beatles classic ‘Something’ and Clapton’s ‘Layla’ and ‘Wonderful Tonight’, mingled with more than 100 guests at Brown Shipley’s new offices on the eighth floor of 3 Hardman Street.

Pattie said: ‘This was my first exhibition in Manchester and I was delighted to be able to show my work and talk about it.’

The event marked the move across the centre of Manchester from King Street to Hardman Street of 80 Brown Shipley staff working in areas including investment and fund management, pension planning and personal banking.
