Porcelanosa, the upmarket Spanish building materials manufacturer, has recently carried out a �1m refurbishment of their Manchester showroom on Water Street. To celebrate they held an open evening, to which past and potential customers were invited.

Porcelanosa, the upmarket Spanish building materials manufacturer, has recently carried out a �1m refurbishment of their Manchester showroom on Water Street. To celebrate they held an open evening, to which past and potential customers were invited.

The full internal refurbishment of the showroom now boasts over 50 full bathroom settings, and a full range of kitchen displays; the latest designer tiles and a new range of hardwood flooring.

Commenting on the customer response to the refurbished showroom, Showroom Manager, Mason Gray said: ‘The project has taken 6 months to complete at a cost of �1m. The customer response has been fantastic, in the past customers may have known us as being a leading supplier of ceramic tiles. Now we can show the customers that we provide a full range of bathroom products including showers, spas, steam rooms, baths and a number of our displays are fully working.

‘In addition we have a full range of kitchens and appliances on display and we provide a full design and installation service. We have also opened a shop specifically designed for the tile fixers, where a range of adhesives, grouts and tools can be purchased.’

When asked to comment on her impression of the showroom, Interior Designer Katie Crossley, from leading interior designers, Leach Rhodes Walker, based in Manchester said ‘It was great to have a look around the showroom, it was really inspiring’
