The Kingham Plough which re-opened to wide critical acclaim following extensive refurbishment in August 2007, launched it’s new ‘Taste of the Cotswolds’ Menu created by head chef and proprietor Emily Watkins to guests during an evening of friendly service and fine food.The six course tasting menu consisted of Gin Fizz with cucumber, Lower Swell Pressed Pork and Evesham Asparagus, Poached Salmon and Smoked Eel, Salad Potatoes, Wild Garlic and Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Stowell Park Venison, Root Vegetable with Horseradish, followed by Cheltenham Cheese Pudding and Cotswold Cream Tea. The quintessential Cotswold Inn has an outstanding restaurant alongside the perfect villagepub. It has 7 boutique en-suite bedrooms that have been created for the maximum of comfort.
