This was Azure’s fifth charity ball supporting four charities: Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, Claire House Hospice, Amy & Friends and the Jordan Pruden Trust Fund.
The annual Azure Summer Ball at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel was a poignant occasion for Jayne O’Gorman as it was held in memory of her mother, Valerie, who died in December 2013 after being diagnosed with cancer.
The event raised a staggering £35,000 and attracted 160 guests, including the Granada TV presenter Lucy Meacock. Everyone enjoyed a first class dinner and entertainment from the Electric Idols band.
The main sponsor of the occasion was Click Consult, a local digital marketing company, as well as Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and Regent Cruises
