Executive chef Niall Keating has launched his own modern British menus in The Dining Room at Whatley Manor, where he has also drawn inspiration from many different cuisines, including Korean, Japanese and classic French.
The Dining Room serves dinner Wednesday to Sunday from 7.00pm to 10.00pm with last orders for the tasting menu at 9.30pm.
Grey’s, the brasserie at Whatley Manor serves lunch and dinner every day of the week. Menus offer a more relaxed dining option, focusing on a mix of comfort dishes and more casual British fare, including a traditional Sunday roast.
Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2.00pm Monday to Thursday. 12 noon to 2.30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is served from 7.00pm with last orders at 10.00pm.
