An historic Cotswold Bridgerton-style home is now a set of three homes on the market for £2.75million upwards.
St James House, located at 30-32 Dollar Street in Cirencester, dates back to 1725, and has been a Grade II* listed building since 1948.
Previously the head office of St James's Place, the building was sold in the early 2010s.
It then stood empty for the next decade, deteriorating until it was purchased by a private buyer in 2023.

That same year, scaffolding went up around the building.
Interior design at St James House
After two years of work by classical architects and interior designers, St James House has been transformed into three townhouses, with one already sold.
The remaining properties, a five-bedroom and a seven-bedroom home, are on the market for £2,750,000 and £2,795,000, respectively.
During restoration, original features such as sash windows, flagstone flooring, fireplaces, and ornate plasterwork were discovered.

The building's original stone counter-levered staircase, complete with an oval lantern and skylight, was also restored.
The three Dollar Street properties are set back behind newly planted yew hedges, with front doors accessed via a flight of stone steps.
Their east-west orientation ensures natural sunlight throughout the day.
New kitchens and modern bathrooms have been installed, and the homes have been fitted to enable full fibre internet, with a hardwired router on each floor.
Private gardens and parking
Outside, the homes have private gardens with a freshly-turfed lawn, limestone paving, and a terrace.
There is private parking at the bottom of the garden, for three cars at the five-bedroom home and for four at the seven-bedroom house. Parking is accessed via a shared electric gate at the rear of the property.
Both homes are being sold through Butler Sherborn and Blue Book estate agents.
The five-bedroom home, which has three bathrooms and two sitting rooms, is spread over 4,768 square feet.
Meanwhile, the seven-bedroom house, which has five bathrooms, is set over 6,243 square feet.
Both homes are ideally located in Cirencester, being just a few hundred metres from Market Place, where there is a market set up three times a week, as well as the picturesque Abbey Gardens.
Kemble train station is four miles away, with direct services to London Paddington taking just over one hour.
Nearby prestigious schools and colleges include Wycliffe College and Cheltenham Ladies' College.
