BBQ Fever will be taking over The Magdalen Chapter this August Bank Holiday. Soak up the last of the summer sunshine from a deck chair on the lawn of the hotel’s walled garden and feast on a BBQ of locally sourced meat dishes and fresh summer salads. Welcoming all the family!
Enjoyed with lashings of Pimms, the menu will feature the finest locally sourced meat from nearby Pipers Farm. Hot off the coals will be traditional BBQ favourites including, Beef Burgers along with Merguze Sausages with flat bread and cumin yoghurt, Grilled Sardines with Gremolata and Grilled Halloumi. Mixed salads of fresh leaves, potatoes, tomato, mozzarella and basil, along with smashed carrot, chilli, cumin and feta will accompany the BBQ. Summer sweet treats of ice cream cones, strawberries and clotted cream, lemon tart and chocolate brownie will also be available.
Tickets to the BBQ are priced at £12.95 per person. Drinks and Summer Pimms are not included and can be purchased in addition from the hotel bar.
