Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana – Portland Street

Location: 30 Portland Street, Manchester, M1 4GS

Tripadvisor rating: 5

One reviewer wrote: “Absolutely fabulous. We were celebrating our wedding day and were kindly offered a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. This was our first time at Ruby's and we will be back.

“The service was excellent and unobtrusive. The pizzas were some of the best I've tasted outside of Italy. We weren't rushed at all even though people were queueing outside. The rose wine was fresh and not too sweet. We introduced the best man to Grappe which he thoroughly enjoyed, finishing of 3 glasses. The Grappe was smooth.

“I would recommend Ruby's to anybody who wants yummy pizzas and excellent service, at a reasonable price.”

We had stuffed squid, delicate and tasty; pork t bone with a spicy sauce and patatas bravas and the finale a choc nut flourless cake which melted in the mouth, divine. Hosted by the lovely owners it was a great night! Thank you”
