A Berrow based company has recently been awarded the much coverted MCS accreditation.

Berrow based electrical contractors Tech 2000 electrical gained the much valued M.C.S accreditation from the N.I.C.E.I.C (national inspection council for electrical installation contractors) ,whom they are already respected fully approved members for electrical works. By gaining the M.C.S accreditation they are now fully approved to carry out the design and full installation of solar panels systems on your property, enabling customers to claim money back from the feed in tariff system introduced this year. Only installations carried out by mcs approved installers will benefit from the feed in tariffs. Currently annual payments of around 1500 can be achieved. Tech 2000 directors, Mark Parsons and Nicholas Weeden both completed the full NICEIC training course and gained the relevant qualifications required by both the NICEIC and MCS. Mark and Nick agree that it has been a busy 12 months in both gaining experience in the solar industry and investing in the right training and equipment. "We are proud of the fact that we are one of the first companies in Burnham and Berrow to gain this accreditation and believe we can now offer the local area a professional service for solar installations free from salesmen and gimmicks".
