Pulled by his real reindeer, Santa’s grand arrival in Eastbourne will take place at 12pm on Saturday 6 December at the Enterprise Centre.

Mr. Claus will then settle into his grotto, until 3pm, to meet the children of Eastbourne. There will also be complimentary mulled wine and mince pies for all to enjoy, plus a fantastic reindeer-inspired treasure hunt for the children to win one of four £25 vouchers for the centre. There is no charge for the event but any voluntary donations received will be going to Chestnut Tree House hospice for children.

With only 18 days to go until Christmas Eve, the Reindeer will be able to enjoy some rest time at the Enterprise Centre, before they gear up for the global tour on Christmas eve – when, due to the different time zones and the rotation of the earth, Santa gets an estimated 31 hours to deliver presents, assuming he travels east to west.
