MasterChef: The Professionals champion Tom Hamblet has created a three-course menu that foodies will love as part of his residency as Head Chef at South Lodge’s Camellia restaurant in Horsham.

Inspired by his culinary journey to win the tough TV show’s coveted title in 2023, Tom has created stand out dishes including wood pigeon with chocolate sauce, currid lobster with mango and caper salad and a chocolate and peanut mousse with feuilletine base, mascarpone Chantilly, nibbed peanut tuille, torched bananas and miso caramel.

Tom’s menu is part of a new Dine and Stay package at South Lodge which includes overnight accommodation, full spa access, breakfast and dinner at Camellia. Prices while Tom is in residency until 31 March, 2024, start from £585 per night.
