Nôsa has opened a new 3,000 sq ft flagship showroom in Harrogate, marking a strategic expansion for the luxury bathroom specialist into the North Yorkshire market.
Located at Westgate House on Albert Street, the new site positions the brand within one of the town’s most established commercial areas, reinforcing Harrogate’s growing reputation as a destination for design-led retail and home improvement.
Investment in design-led retail

The showroom has been developed as an immersive retail environment, allowing customers to engage directly with Nôsa’s product range across fully realised settings. From freestanding bathtubs to precision-engineered fittings and finishes, the space has been designed to support both inspiration and decision-making.
Alongside retail, the showroom includes dedicated consultation areas, enabling the business to work more closely with homeowners, interior designers and property developers on both individual projects and larger-scale residential schemes.
The move reflects a broader shift across the interiors sector towards experience-led retail, where physical showrooms play a central role in product specification and customer engagement.
Serving trade and consumer markets

The Harrogate showroom is open to both trade professionals and the public, providing a flexible space for project consultations, product selection and design guidance.
With continued growth in the UK renovation and home improvement market, particularly across premium bathroom and interiors categories, the new location strengthens Nôsa’s ability to serve a diverse client base, from private homeowners to architects and developers.
Opening weekend activity to drive footfall
To mark the launch, Nôsa will host a public opening weekend from 17 to 19 April, designed to introduce the showroom to the local community and wider region.
Visitors attending across the weekend will have the opportunity to explore the space and take part in in-store activations, including a competition to win a bathroom package worth up to £3,000, featuring a premium acrylic bath and complementary accessories.
Additional prize-based activities will run throughout the weekend, supporting footfall and engagement during the showroom’s opening phase.
Harrogate chosen for strategic growth
'We are looking forward to building relationships with local homeowners,' Neil Thompson (Image: Nôsa)
Neil Thompson, Head of Sales at Nôsa, said the decision to open in Harrogate was driven by the town’s established design credentials and strong property market.
“Harrogate has a national reputation for its spa heritage, making it the perfect home for Nôsa’s flagship showroom. We are looking forward to building relationships with both local homeowners and the wider design and property community.”
The opening reflects confidence in the region’s continued demand for high-quality, design-led interiors, as well as the role of regional hubs outside London in driving growth within the sector.
Long-term focus on physical retail
The launch of the Harrogate showroom represents a longer-term investment in physical retail, at a time when many brands are re-evaluating the role of bricks-and-mortar spaces.
By combining product display, consultation and customer experience within a single location, Nôsa is aligning with a model that prioritises in-person engagement, material understanding and tailored service, particularly relevant within high-value home improvement categories.
