St. John’s Hospice held its first charity Ball in Kendal at The Castle Green Hotel, where 144 guests enjoyed a Fire & Ice themed evening to remember with luxury raffle prizes, auction and entertainment from singer Cole Page, all compered by BBC reporter Dave Guest.
The evening raised over £5,500 for the hospice, which cares for patients and families coping with cancer and other life threatening conditions both within the hospice and out in the community.
