Back in November, guests were treated to a fantastic culinary experience when the young chefs taking part in Exclusive Hotel’s Chef Academy entered in to a Masterchef style competition to show off the skills they had learnt so far. Split in to two teams, the chefs battled it out to create a delicious three course menu that was then judged by a host of industry experts, dignitaries and the media to determine which menu was the overall favourite.
